Architect & Interior Design

- Sketch preliminary design plans , including electrical,Mechanical,Plumbing and sanitary layout and consider how the space will be used or how people will move through the space.
- Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting,furniture,wall finishes,flooring and plumbing fixtures.
- Prepare final plan,using computer applications.
- Create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project cost.
- Place orders for materials and oversee installing the design element.
- Visit after the project to ensure that the client is satisfied.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร : 1. Male or Female 2. Graduate of BS in Architect,with or without license. 3. 1-3 years' experience in Architectural Design. 4. Can speak English. 5. 25-35 years old. 6. Knowledge in latest AutoCAD software,3Ds Max,Sketchup & Rendering Addons,and other relate software.
