Hotel Operation Manager

- Bachelor Degree with excellent command of English.
- Previous experiences working in International brand hotels.
- Previous Pre-Opening hotel experiences .
- At least 5 years’ experience in leading the operations departments in international hotels with evidenced tracked record of achievements.
- Able to express high problem-solving skills, analytical skills, negotiation skills.
- Effective influence skills, decision-making skills.
- Strong in driving for results.
- Able to manage people effectively.
- Able to provide coaching and develop people.
